Naila is an experienced social impact and community engagement professional currently serving as the Head of Social Impact at Balfour Beatty. Naila has been instrumental in delivering place-based engagement programmes throughout Scotland. Naila’s proactive stance on diversity and inclusion demonstrates her dedication to being a voice for those less able to speak up.
