Conrad Parke

Birmingham Anchor Network Co-ordinator

Conrad has a strong track record of working with anchor institutions in Birmingham and has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to trying to shape a just society in the region. As well as his role at CLES Conrad supports two neighbourhoods that have received Big Local funding  in Birmingham and Solihull.

Conrad joined the organisation in February 2020 but has been working with CLES for over 12 years. Commenting on his new role, he said:

“I’ve always been a huge admirer of the leadership and expertise that CLES have provided in the ongoing movement to champion the localising of economies. This post is a great opportunity to both apply, and to continue to develop, the experience I have gained working on regeneration projects in Birmingham and the Black Country for over 20 years.”
