Joe is Director of Central London Forward, a partnership of the 12 central London boroughs who work together to support inclusive and sustainable growth. Joe has a decade of experience of working at leading think tanks including IPPR and Learning and Work Institute. He served as a Councillor and cabinet member in a London Borough for 7 years.
