Here’s what Leah said when we asked, “why did you choose CLES?”

I’ve long been inspired by CLES’s work championing the research and development of new kinds of local economic models. I’m passionate about supporting the innovation and implementation of strategies to better our local economies, that increase prosperity for all, and accelerate a just transition to net zero. I’m so pleased to be joining the CLES team to further develop local economic and spend analysis methodologies, investigate and provide greater insight into the challenges facing local economies and the local innovations required to deliver change longer term.
