Maximising the benefits of procurement

This CLES learning event will explore how public authorities can maximise the benefits of their procurement spend in economic, social and environmental terms. Based upon CLES’ research and advisory work it will explore how intelligence around procurement can be gathered, how the culture of procurers can be changed and how the influence of the supply chain can enable wider local and economic benefits.
