Procura+ Seminar on Procurement
The city of Olso and ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability, are holding the 15th Procura+ Seminar on Strategic Procurement from 21-22 March 2018 and CLES are proud to be one of their strategic partners.
Initiated and co-ordinated by ICLEI, Procura+ is a network of European public authorities and regions that connect, exchange and act on sustainable and innovation procurement.
The Procura+ Seminar will bring together Procura+Network participants, practitioners, experts, and policy makers from across Europe.
The programme includes:
- Plenary sessions outling policy and strategic developments, from European level to city level
- Capacity building sessions focusing on challenges such as planning for strategic procurement and measuring societal impacts of procurement
