Booking Conditions
1. Cancellations will not be accepted unless received in writing 10 days prior to the event. We regret that no refund will be made after this time. 2. Substitutes will be accepted. 3. Fee includes all documentation, refreshments and lunch. 4. CLES reserves the right to cancel this event and will not be held responsible for any cost incurred by delegates.
