STIR to Action: Magazine Launch & Workshop

What is Community Wealth Building? What if local anchor institutions redirected public money into worker co-operatives and local businesses? Could radical municipalism be a way to democratise our economies? And what successful examples of community-led regeneration are there around the UK?

This Autumn, CLES is pleased to be partnering with Stir to Action magazine for the launch of an issue dedicated to Community Wealth Building.

Join us for the magazine launch and discussion with Neil McInroy, CEO of the Centre for Local Economic Strategies, Clare Goff from New Start Magazine, and Matthew Brown of Preston City Council.
