The Causes and Cures of Brexit

CLES CEO Neil McInroy has contributed a chapter on Strong Local Economies to a new Compass publication looking at The Causes and Cures of Brexit.

The essays in the publication cover many of the root causes of Brexit, stretching from issues of identity, power, voice, belonging, place and opportunity, to inequality, isolation and humiliation. The responses range from considering more resources, focus and policies, and offering emotional awareness and empathy.
