Understanding Scottish Places – latest update
For the last two years a consortium including CLES, Carnegie Trust UK, the Scottish Towns Partnership and the University of Stirling have been responsible for developing the Understanding Scottish Places platform.
This enables practitioners to understand a range of data about 479 towns in Scotland and the relative independence, inter-dependence, or dependence of those towns. This week, we collectively start the development of the third iteration of the platform through developing new inter-relationship indicators.
