B74: Budget June 2010
by
This special Bulletin provides CLES’ early analysis of the Coalition Government’s Budget on 22nd June. It also provides a summary of the main changes that will have an impact upon economic development and regeneration.
The Budget set out the path of public spending for the period until 2015-16 with a clear and hard hitting message that in order to tackle the deficit public expenditure will be reduced by £85bn a year by 2014-15. This Bulletin sets out CLES’ initial thoughts on what this will mean for economic development and regeneration.
