Regeneration Management: Essays on working with complexity

This theme of management in the complex area of regeneration, whilst not new, is one which has some recent policy relevance. In particular, the Egan review recognises the complex field of regeneration, and as such places a heightened focus on the importance of regeneration skills as well as the continued emphasis on skills and leadership through the Regional Centres of Excellence. This informs us that regeneration and the abilities of the people within regeneration, are a key facet to creating sustainable communities and creating lasting positive change to local people and places.
