The management of regeneration: processes and routes to effective delivery

For over 20 years we have seen an impressive array of regeneration initiatives. Since the advent of a Labour Government in 1997 the range of initiatives has increased. Whilst there have been notable successes, their impact is variable. In attempting to increase the effectiveness of these initiatives, it is now increasingly recognised that ‘delivery’ is one of the key factors in ensuring positive success.
