A toolkit in four parts
We are standing at the brink of an energy revolution which could transform our places. Local government and other public sector organisations have a critical role in ensuring this transition is just, by using their economic power to enable community ownership, new local supply chains and innovative approaches to energy transition which help wealth to stick in our local places and address social inequality.
