CLES helps places make fair employment a reality by supporting local and combined authorities, anchor institutions and employers to lead by example – paying the Real Living Wage, improving job security, offering progression routes and creating inclusive recruitment practices. Through leadership and collaboration, we help build local labour markets where good work is the norm and everyone has a chance to thrive.
