|

Tom talked about how to build an inclusive economy by taking a Local Wealth Building approach, drawing on examples of CLES’ work and discussing the role that the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector plays.

Tom said:

“There’s a thriving VCSE sector in Cheshire West and Chester. There’s also a strong desire to make deeper connections with public sector anchors and play and increasing role in the delivery of services.”

On Tuesday 26th March, CLES Associate Director Tom Lloyd Goodwin gave the opening address at Cheshire West Voluntary Action Conference 2019.
