EvoNorth Conference

Organised by the Northern Powerhouse Partner Cognitive Publishing, EvoNorth is an immersive series of lively and engaging Q&As, roundtable discussions, workshops and exhibitions, with plenty of calls to action.

Neil will be highlighting how the Northern Powerhouse needs to devolve and extend power downwards, and across a more plural set of people, communities and sections of northern life. He will suggest that Northern Powerhouse has been relatively week in opening up northern institutions and policy thinking to a wide set of people and communities.
