Charlotte Bond

Communications Officer

Charlotte is communications officer at CLES, based in Manchester, and helps to communicate our vision and impact. Her work spans event management, content curation, and the development of communications strategies.  

With a strong interest in local government and policy development, she also serves as a borough councillor. She has a particular interest in shaping effective housing and social care policy.  

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Charlotte has volunteered as a growth and engagement advisor for Girlguiding North West England, where she has advocated for the needs of women and girls to leaders at local, regional, and national levels. She has previously worked at the Tony Blair Institute and joins CLES from the education sector.
