CLES Deputy Chief Executive joins Inclusive Economic Development task force

Organised by the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the task force will convene in Turin, Italy between 29th and 31st January 2018 and Cleveland, United States in June 2018 to discuss the intersection of jobs, skills and wages. Matthew will be contributing towards the discussions and will reflect on the variety of work undertaken by CLES around local wealth building.

Matthew said:

‘I am honoured to have been selected to take part in this task force – it is an opportunity to enhance CLES’ thinking around progressive economics for people and place, and learn from counterparts across Europe and the United States.’

CLES Deputy Chief Executive, Matthew Jackson has been selected as one of seven Europeans to be part of a transatlantic task force focused on Inclusive Economic Development.
