CLES Deputy Chief Executive Matthew Jackson will be facilitating the final conference of the Procure Network on Thursday 22nd March in the City of Bologna.
Over the course of the last two and a half years, in his role as Lead Expert for the Network, Matthew has been providing support to 11 cities from across Europe to progress the way in which they undertake procurement.
